SALES REPRESENTATIVE TRAINEE.

 

KEY PERFORMANCE OUTPUTS:-

The Sales Representative’s primary responsibilities are customer account management, customer service, maintaining current business, new business and product development, working capital management, market intelligence and business analysis:-

• execution of the annual sales plan
• customer service
• sales representation at customers
• monthly and quarterly business meetings
• complaints resolution
• new business development including tenders
• product development and innovation
• working capital (debtors and finished goods) management
• market intelligence and business analysis

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:-

·                     tertiary qualification in commerce,  sales or marketing

·                     strong business acumen

·                     understanding of MS Office  (Excel,  Powerpoint,  Word)

·                     good numerical,  organisational and administration skills

·                     ability to communicate with customers at all levels

·                     self-motivated,  pro-active,  goal oriented and team player
